1. Business Login

This link can be found on the right side of the bottom of the page.

2. Log In

Enter your Username and Password into the Business Administration Area and click Login.

3. Send Notification

The system allows flexibility in marketing your properties and you may opt to:

a) sell internally on your own,
b) engage your network, and/or
c) engage the entire network

Sending a notification gives you the flexibility to engage the appropriate assistance when you deem it necessary.

4. Sales Advices / New

New sales advices are tabled with supporting information to assist in processing offers in the shortest possible time.

The target is under two days. During this period concerned parties are able to communicate an agreement on terms else the property should be made available for sale again.

The status of each property is tagged in the system keeping your network informed in real time.

5. Sales Advices – Open

This is the working console with various functionality to assist in proceeding offers to a formal ‘On Hold’.

Copies of the sales advice can be sent to trigger a formal start to the buying process, to expedite legally binding contracts. This target is determined by the buying conditions stipulated on the Sales Advice; generally 14 days or less.

NOTE: A correctly completed sales advice (notice to proceed) can greatly assist the communication between all relevant professionals involved in a property sale.
