You are now able to allocate specific projects per S1 subscriber working directly with you.

Network

Within Business Administration > Network > the Featured link is now labelled Manage Sites, please see image below.

Manage Sites

Mange sites console can now be used to select a feature property on your site (as per previous) and where applicable select specific projects for your S1 subscribers.

System default setting

All projects displayed on the primary (main) site will display on all the S1 sites within your group. Hence the system will display the following message against each S1 subscriber.

Selecting projects

Please follow this simple process to select one or more specific projects to display on a specific S1 site, using the image below for reference:

• from the drop down selector, click on the S1 site URL,
• click on ‘Select’ against the specific project,
• the S1 site will now default to display the selected project(s) only. A system notation ‘Site configured for manual property list management’ will appear. This action will over-ride the System default setting and ONLY the selected project(s) will now display on that S1 site,
• click on Remove to undo the selection,
• to revert back to the System default settings, click on ‘Synchronise Site’. This will remove all the projects selected.

In this release;

1) Client management

Within Business Administration > Client Management there is a new tab called Client Engagement, please see image below.

This is a list of unique users (potential investors / buyers) that have logged into your site, (including your sub-sites / S1 subscribers).

You can now also add a new user by clicking the ‘Add Property Compass Profile’ button in the top right.

So in the case where you want to add clients (potential investors / buyers) directly to the site, you would enter their details and the desired password to create the profile. This will skip the workflow around email validation required when a users creates their own profile.

It would be up to your organisation to notify the user of the new profile and login details as the system will not send any automated emails during this workflow.

Please note: the user will not appear in the Client Engagement list until he/she has logged into your site. A businesses connection to a profile is based on engagement (i.e. logins) so until the first login occurs there is no connection between your organisation and the newly created profile.

You can also export this list by clicking the Export Data.

2) Property data XML export

Within Business Administration > Projects you can now explort your list of active projects via REAXML format, please see image below.

In this release;

1) Elevation: We have added new a field to the project detailed page and investment report. The system now auto-displays the Elevation of a project.

2) Stock request: Non listing Subscribers (S2) can send a message requesting stock from the Marketplace Lister’s.

3) Investment Report: We have added two more pages to the default report layout.

1) Elevation

The elevation value is its height above or below sea level, based on a property location / address.

This value is sourced from Google. In those cases where Google does not possess exact elevation measurements at the precise location, the service will interpolate and return an averaged value using the four nearest locations. Locations below sea level will display negative values.

This is an auto-generated featured, the system will automatically display the value based on the project address.

2) Stock request

This feature has been designed specifically for S2 subscribers seeking a specific type of property for their investors.

An S2 subscriber can alert Marketplace Lister’s across Australia of their clients currents needs.

This featured will only appear for S2 subscribers and is accessed via Business Administration log-in / Browse Network / Marketplace Tab. Please see image below for placement.

3) Investment Report

We have added two more pages to the Investment Report default layout. This means which ever report style you select these pages will be included:

Page 1: Project synopsis, path; Project / Section 2 / ‘project synopsis’ all these sections will be group into 1 page only.

Page 2: Proximity to services, path: Project / Section 7 / ‘proximity to services’, we have only included the image at the moment.

The criteria for inclusion in the investment report:

• the section / page must have content loaded in it and the content must be more than a paragraph in size, else the system will automatically exclude it from the report.

We have added a NEW page; Featured Investment Properties and the ability to select a default display/landing page. Select from Featured, Summary, List or Map views to customise your site. These new customisations are a better way to manage ‘how-to’ engage your network/affiliates or direct investors.

Also in this release

a) ‘Default Cash Deposit’ can now be overridden in the customise section of Business Admin. By default this value is the Min Property Deposit;

b) Rental CPI has been separated from CPI for property performance calculations. Default values can be defined in Business Admin -> Customise;

c) We’ve added the option for 30% rental discount to the list of NRAS Rental discounts options available in Estates section 2;

d) Deal Management. Commissions, Deal Events, Logos and Client Interactions has been improved; and

e) Customise calculator default assumption now possible via Business Admin and for affiliates via Sales administration.

Featured Investment Properties

• Please see image below for placement of the ‘Feature’ tab on the public site
• No performance information is displayed
• The display content and icons are kept to a minimum
• A short text area is provided to present / introduce the project
• The project display order is NOT determined by property performance
• The ability to amend the text is coming soon. What this means is each Subscriber with access to a project can amend and update the introduction about the project to best suit their service offering

Selecting feature projects

• Please see image below, access via Business Admin
• One or more projects can be selected
• Where multiple projects are selected, the display is ordered accorded to the most recent selection
• Organisations with multiple URLs (business brands)  and S1 subscribers in their network can separately select/manage the projects for each brand and each S1 subscriber

Selecting a default display page

• Click on Customise, edit, select the preferred default page then click ‘Update’
• Organisations with S1 services in their network can also manage the landing page for each S1 service

1. New dedicated server: A new dedicated server operating net.4 technology has been setup to accommodate our growing demands.

All subscribers will be required to move to this new server. Please click here for instruction on how to reset your Property Compass® URL. We WILL NOT be supporting version 1.5.9 which is on our older server. Subscribers have started moving to the new server; if you have not already done so we urge you to action this request ASAP.

You will not be able to access your site if it remains on the older server after Friday 9th September 2011.

2. Release notes: Would you like more investors? We have been looking at how you can benefit from the traffic on your website. We are quietly confident that this new release may help you serve more investors.

a) Public site, user intuitiveness: see image below showing new menu layout.

b) Members: users are now required to have an account in order to; print reports, send an enquiry / referral and reserve a property. Please see image below showing a member that has signed in. Note the welcome message and personal photo replace the profile tab text.

c) Investor data : We are trying to responsibly liberate investor data to our subscribers. The following screen grabs, show the new features in Business Administration.

If a photo is available of the member it will appear besides their name. By clicking on the client name / image  the following screen will appear and provide you with valuable information about the investor.

As you can see from the image below; this investor has had interaction with other sites. A logo of the organisation will appear if the investor has submitted an enquiry or produced a report off another site.

d) Investment reports : via this new tab you are able to view a log showing the investment reports activity.

e) Link to pubic site: please see below for new direct link to public site.

f) Twitter: your company (last 3) Twitter messages  will now appear in your profile. To activate this feature, please provide us with your company Twitter details.

The Marketplace console is now live! Click on browse network in Business administration to view. This console is exclusively for Marketplace Listers. The console will display, live feeds (and updates) from Marketplace Listers across Australia and a map showing the locations of the Marketplace properties.

The live feeds will display the following updates;

• New projects made available to the Marketplace
• Project announcements
• New Marketplace Listings agents
• Property Exchanges
• Property Settlements
• Changes to the commission

Click on a specific update for additional information and clicking on the property pins will open property details.

Projects with a ‘Marketplace’ status are available for the entire network to access.

The Property Compass® search facility incorporates a powerful Investment Calculator. The system assumptions used in the calculations can now be edited to suit your business and affiliates.

This is a very powerful feature, as well as being customisable per business it also extends into the Sales Administration; hence each of your business affiliates can also edit the assumptions your business uses to suit their own business requirements.

This gives your business and affiliates greater flexibility, for example:

• a mortgage brokers can pre-select a special interest rate to be used in the search
• you may offer a marketing package that includes all costs (example, legal cost + Landlord Insurance) as part of your service; hence associated values can be set to $0.0 since these will not be paid by the investor

Of course these changes are reflected in the Investment Report as well as the ‘Notes on Investment Information’.

Depending on your login access;

• Please enter via Business administration to customise on a business level

• Log in the Sales administration to personalise per user (affiliate)

The new feature ‘Browse Network’ will allow you to engage and network with other subscribers from across Australia (and internationally). To take advantage of this facility we recommend you add an introduction / profile about your business and services now!

For instance you may specialise in:

• Establishing SMSF
• Seminars
• Providing loans for international investors
• Multi-spoken languages
• Estate structuring and asset protection
• Securing exclusive property listings
• Working with investors only

By doing so, you are able to make your business know to others.

How to add your message

Via your business administration click on ‘Customise’ select ‘AgentMessage’ then ‘Add. Please add / amend your company profile in the section provided.

Once added, your message will appear as shown in the example below

In this release;

a) Affiliates URL

This feature provides the means to assign / tag an affiliate to a referral or sales advice, without the need to log into the Sales Administration console.

How it works

Add a new (PSP card) member into your Property Compass platform, then update their login (username) and password. See image below:
