The objective of this training is to help people who have NO knowledge in investment properties.

Upon completing the modules below, you will have gained an overview of the industry.

Please note: to achieve an adequate or basic understanding we would recommend use of these modules for one year and experienced ‘at least’ one property purchase; including submitting an enquiry and monitoring the progress through to settlement and property management.


You may use this knowledge to start helping your clients. Depending on your time restraints, compliance issues or purely as a commercial decision you may opt to have your clients referred to a trusted professional. Such referrals can be sent and are monitored via the system.

These modules can be learnt in any order or referred to as the need arises.

Prerequisites:

  • Basic PC knowledge
  • You have never referred a client to a trusted professional
  • You have never sold an investment property
