These modules demonstrate how to use this Investment platform and build on your professional sales and investment property knowledge.

Although the modules may be accessed in any order and/or referred to as a need arises, it is recommended that the ‘Skills Assessment’ module, be used as the starting point. This module will identify the gap between, no investment property experience to an adequate investment property competency. Based on the ‘Gap Analysis’, a deployment and training schedule will be designed, maximising deliverable benefits to all concerned.

Prerequisites:

Basic PC knowledge including printing and emailing
Know how to identify a client’s needs
Basic understanding of investment properties
Already working with investors and currently selling one or more properties per year
You are motivated to increase the number of investment property sales per year
